  1. Is there an advantage to Stainless Steel over the Polysulfone Pump?
    1. The pumps are the same except for the obvious SS and Plastic materials.  As a brewer, we believe the SS Head has 3 main advantages: 
      • It will not break easily.
      •  It won’t cross thread.
      • It is FDA regulated.  
  2. What comes into contact with the wort with your stainless steel head:
    • Polysulfone FDA plastic and stainless steel

  4. Are the Chugger Pumps Self Priming
    • No, the chugger pumps are non-self priming
  5. What are the best fittings for Chugger Center because it is ¾” inlet and has a ½” output?
    • Rule of thumb would be to not to reduce the inlet to less than the inlet size.
  6. Why is the Chugger SS Center inlet ---- ¾ in and ½ out?
    • The Chugger SS Inline was designed with a ¾ inlet and a ½ outlet to help prevent cavitation and for piping orientation.
